The Board of Commissioners plays a vital role in the operation, management, and future expansion of a Utility District. A commissioner is responsible for overseeing a multitude of duties such as policy and regulations, budgets, management, review system performance, as well as planning for upcoming projects. The Board of Commissioners also represents the districts community and provides a way for their voice to be heard.
If you would like to be placed on the Upcoming Board Meeting Agenda, please contact our office at 865-690-2521 to speak directly with Ms. Manuel in order to be properly placed on a future board meeting agenda. The next scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting will be held August 22, at 8:00 am. Please contact the office no later than three business days prior to the Board Meeting you wish to attend.
