Initiating Service

To initiate new service with WKUD, you must apply in person at our office located at 2328 Lovell Road or use our online form. If you are purchasing property, you will need to provide proof-of-purchase (i.e. sales contract), a photo ID, Social Security Number, daytime phone number and pay a $25.00 service charge (non-refundable). If you are leasing property, you will need to provide a copy of your lease agreement (rent receipts are not acceptable), a photo ID, Social Security Number, daytime phone number and pay a $25.00 service charge (non-refundable) and a $100.00 deposit which will be held against your final bill. A one working day notice is required for new service connection. Below is a brief description of the service.
