The West Knox Utility District is located approximately four (4) miles North of I-40 on Lovell Road. We are one (1) block South of the intersection of Lovell Road and Ball Camp Byington Road. If traveling on I-40, take the Lovell Road exit, go North for approximately four (4) miles and West Knox Utility District will be on the right side of the road. The street address is 2328 Lovell Road. If traveling from Oak Ridge, take the Lovell Road exit off of Pellissippi Parkway, take a left turn on Lovell Road and go approximately one and one-half miles. West Knox Utility will be located on the right side of the road.
