Our customer options page is where you as a customer can perform several different tasks associated with your account. If signing up for a new service below are the requirements that must be met before service can be rendered.

To initiate new service with WKUD, you may apply in person at our office located at 2328 Lovell Road or use our online form. If you are purchasing property, you will need to provide proof-of-purchase (i.e. sales contract), a photo ID, daytime phone number and pay a $25.00 service charge (non-refundable). If you are leasing property, you will need to provide a copy of your lease agreement (rent receipts are not acceptable), a photo ID, daytime phone number and pay a $25.00 service charge (non-refundable) and a $100.00 deposit which will be held against your final bill. The online form, copy of photo ID and proof of purchase or lease may be returned via email, fax, courier or U.S. mail. The service charge and deposit may be paid via credit card, check, money order or cash if you elect to sign up in person. Please do not send cash in the U.S. mail. Service applications will not be processed until all criteria are met. A one working day notice is required for new service connection.
