If payment is not made by due date indicated on regular bill and/or disconnection notice, customers are encouraged to contact the collections supervisor so that payment options may be described to help prevent the disconnection of utility services.

"Installment payment arrangements on arrearages must include payment in full of the current bill plus one-third (1/3) of the past due balance. The past due balance must be paid in full within three (3) months." This as stated in " RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GOVERNING OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICES OF THE WEST KNOX UTILITY DISTRICT OF KNOX COUNTY", page six (6), sections 2:20.

Only persons in collection department will approve any WKUD customer arrangements for payment, except in situations where WKUD management is involved.

Customers that do not maintain agreed arrangements for payment are eligible for immediate disconnection without further arrangements and/or notification of disconnection.
